The Used Vehicle Coordinator plays an integral role in providing support to the Vehicle Acquisition team. This individual would be responsible for scheduling and conducting remote vehicle appraisals.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, organizational and administrative skills and is truly customer focused. The Used Vehicle Coordinator works closely with the Birchwood Buying & Acquisitions team. This position requires travel to various locations throughout Winnipeg and the surrounding area, and the candidate must be comfortable driving to customers homes.

Essential Skills / Details

  • Trustworthy, reliable and hardworking
  • A Class 5 driver's license and driver’s abstract, and own transportation to and from work is required
  • Ability to drive a 5-speed is an asset
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment where teamwork is supported
  • High attention to detail with proven customer service and organizational skills
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
